
Dr. Gregory A. Booth
Greg Booth was born and raised in Ogden, Utah. He graduated from Ogden High School, Weber State College and Georgetown University Dental School. His most recent continuing education includes graduation with honors from the Esteemed Cosmetic Dentistry Program from the Hornbrook Group. His passion for the "Art and Science" of dentistry continues to grow every year with new education and technology. His recent emphasis on smile design and cosmetic dentistry has been fun and rewarding.
He and his wife, Rita, live in Huntsville, Utah. They have four children and seven grandchildren. They love to travel, bicycle, snow ski, kayak and spend time with family and friends.
Dr. Paul Booth
Paul graduated from Weber State University in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Integrated Studies focusing on Biology, Chemistry and Children and Family Studies. He went on to his degree in dental medicine from the University of Washington, in Seattle in 1991. Paul was accepted for a one-year general practice residency at the V.A. Hospital in Palo Alto, CA. While there, he further honed his dentistry skills by studying endodontics, oral surgery and periodontics regularly performing root canals, third molar extractions and minor gum surgery.
Paul returned to Ogden in 1992 to following in his father and brother's footsteps joining Greg Booth at Booth Dental Clinic. In addition to general dentistry, he continues to use the skills he garnered from his residency and improve his technique and knowledge through continuing education and new procedure courses. He recently received certification in dental implants. This allows Paul to provide his patients with even more options in restoring and improving their smiles. Paul is dedicated to providing gentle and caring dentistry and sound dental advise utilizing proven techniques, technology and up-to-date methodologies to ensure his patients receive the best care possible.
Outside the clinic, Paul is an avid rock climber, mountain biker, skier and soccer player. He also coaches youth soccer and is active in his church. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Sheryl and their 3 children Marissa, Clayton and Eli who participate in many of the same outdoor activities.

Registered Dental Hygienists:
Jamie McFarland has been a dental hygienist at Booth Dental Clinic for 22 years. She graduated from Weber State University in 1985. She enjoys being with her fellow employees and patients everyday. She is married to Jeff and has two girls, Roxie and Aubrey. She enjoys watching her daughters play sports, going hiking with her dog, gardening, boating, fishing and reading.
Leslie Dallinga has been in dentistry for over 28 years. She graduated from Weber State College in 1987 and has worked at Booth Dental Clinic since then. Leslie enjoys her association with her colleagues and the long time patients she cares for. She likes to further her education by attending continuing education courses and by reading about advances in Dental Hygiene and Dentistry. Outside of the office she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, skiing, gardening, shopping, golfing and anything that involves her boys.
Mindy Henrie graduated from Weber State University in Dental Hygiene in 1997. She has worked in several different offices over the years but says she has found her home at Booth Dental Clinic.
She started working at our office 1 day per week right after graduation and currently works 2 ½ days per week. She and her husband, Shane, have five children that are the center of their world right now. "I love my patients, they have become my second family. It is my goal to give the best care possible at all times. I love to see my patients achieve and maintain optimal oral health as it can affect systemic health. I look forward to many more years of growth and education as I strive for excellence in my profession."
Pam Page has 24 years in both clinical and clerical positions in the dental field. She graduated from Weber State University in 2004 with a Bachelors degree in dental hygiene. She enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and two dogs. She loves almost anything outdoors: fly fishing, yard work and gardening. Pam has recently received her Comprehensive Aesthetics certification from Hornbrook Center for Clinical Education in 2007.

Clinical Assistants
Cassidy Jones is our newest team member. She has 6 years of dental experience. Her position as the dental hygiene assistant helps make their day run better. Our hygiene team appreciates her enthusiasm and beautiful smile. She and her husband just bought their first home in Morgan, UT.
Brooke Wright has been with Booth Dental Clinic for 13 years. She attended OWATC certified in the dental assisting program. She enjoys dentistry because it is a fulfilling career seeing the change we make in a person's smile and self esteem. She and her husband, Mike, have 3 children with one due in September.
Terrie has 38 years of dental experience working in the Ogden area. She assists Dr. Paul Booth. "I am happy to be the newest member of a great team." Terrie loves dentistry and is happy to help people achieve a beautiful and healthy smile. She has 3 children and 2 grandchildren and is active in her church.
Kathy Child is a certified dental assistant who graduated from the Ogden-Weber ATC in 1995 when she began working with Dr. Greg Booth.
Stacey Ripley has been a dental assistant for 15 years. She graduated from the Ogden-Weber ATC in Dental Assisting in 1995. She has assisted Dr. Greg Booth for 5 years. Stacey is part of our team who received their Comprehensive Aesthetics certification from the Hornbrook Center for Clinical Education in 2007.

Administrative Team
Heather Johnson is the newest addition to our front office, bringing with her over 16 years of insurance and billing experience. As the scheduling coordinator she works hard to keep our doctors busy and our patients happy. She loves being part of such a great team of employees. During her time off she enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and 2 teenage boys.
Ann Bissegger has over 34 years of experience in dentistry and has been at Booth Dental Clinic since 1984. She spent many years as a clinical assistant to Dr. Greg Booth but loves her new position in the front office as the dental hygiene schedule coordinator. She wears many hats in the office and we could not get by without her expertise. She loves being a "grandma" to her 2 grandchildren.
Jan Stephenson was hired in 1976 by Booth Dental Clinic founder, Dr. Harry Booth. As the office manager she is an integral member of the team. She has grown up with many of patients whom she considers her dear friends. "Dentistry is exciting because it gets better and better. It feels good to be part of an office that offers such a high level of service." Jan and her husband enjoy golf, tennis, snow skiing and traveling with friends and family. They have 2 adult children and brand new twin daughters, the first grandchildren in the family.
